Breathing is the new yoga, it is a modern meditation.
Breathing exercises are spreading in both the business and medical world, thereby improving physical, emotional and psychological health. This means better performance, higher productivity and more success.
Why not bring the easy benefits of breathing into your life? Learning and practicing different breathing techniques (Pranayama, Sufi, Tantra, Liberating and Spiritual Breathing, Dan Brulé teachings) will give you the right tools to create rapid changes in your daily life.
The individual course, which consists of six breathing exercises, allows the person to find personal breathing habits that limit him or her to learn how to create and bring change to his or her daily life by using different breathing exercises.
The goal of the training series is to find more effective breathing exercises for the participant that will help them move smoothly to their personal goals with joy, lightness and splendor.
The participant does not need to have previous experience of yoga, meditation or breathwork.
First lesson: Let’s make an introduction to conscious breathing. We practice the three spiritual principles of breathing: no judgment, no resistance, no clinging.
Second lesson: You will learn to relax in anxiety, stress and emotional overheating and then how to get rid of this unnecessary one. You become more aware and so some aspects of life can get a whole new perspective or solution.
Third lesson: You will learn how to prepare yourself for an important, responsible situation where something important, tense is happening (for example, business meeting, exam or presentation). Vipassana meditation. Awakening of intuition.
Fourth lesson: You will learn how to heal yourself by breathing. Breathe your body from headaches, sleep disorders, joint pain, memory problems, stress and physical trauma.
Fifth lesson: Raising energy levels and creative breathing. For example, how to get awake while sleeping in the car at night. How to get out of the frame and think creatively? You will learn to combine the cosmic power and creativity of your body.
Sixth lesson: Proximity. How to strengthen intimacy through breathing with a person, partner and family members. You will learn to use the magic of conscious breathing and conscious touch.
Each lesson ends with a short discussion, answering questions and a summary.
Each lesson is accompanied by homework – the participant receives breathing exercises that help to move towards personal goals. Bring a notebook to write down an important messages.
The training lasts about 1.5-2 hours. The cost for six times is 400 EUR. It is also possible to pay 80 EUR each time. Training will take place at the agreed time in Tallinn Taiji Club, Pärnu mnt 102 (unless otherwise agreed).
